Default Let a Rat in the house

A Swamp Rat that is. Heres my new Chopweiler, by Swamp Rat from the Busse family. Picked this beauty up a few weeks ago. They arent made currently so I had to buy it "new" on the used market. Its a 7 1/2 SR-101 blade. One of the toughest knives produced. These knives don't come with sheaths so I picked up a Spec-Ops sheath for it so now its not naked. Earlier this week I put a convexed egde on it by hand. Started with 220 grit sandpaper and moved through to 2000, then stropped it out with a little chrome polish. Now shes beyond razor sharp and it has a durable burr free edge.

    Whatcha think?

That's pretty. I've got a few knives myself. Nothing fancy, but something for close quarter zombie attacks.

It should be noted the the academy has deemed knives useless against zombies. THey lack the range to properly incapaitate the undead without serious risk of being biten ar expossed to the blood born Zombie pathogin. It should be understood that using a knife is against the raging hordes should be viewed as a last ditch effort to take out a few more after your own infection and prior to turning. :D

Remember always save the last round for yourself. The only fate worse than death is becoming the undead

Might be a different brand......I see a RAT-5 listed in Brigade QM catalog as being designed by "Randall's Adventure and Training" hence the RAT name...I guess.
