Thread: Hi-tech Bug-Out-Bag

I know that I'm just a total geek when it comes to technology, but I've found myself wanting to load down my B.O.B with an abundance of "gadgets". What all technology devices would you guys consider as mandatory in a B.O.B?

Only electronics in mine are a flashlight and a contact taser.

Potential things on my list include:

• GPS/Radio combo like a Garmin Rhino
• Scanner
• Short Wave radio
• Phone/PDA
• Portable Satellite Radio

I guess I'm an information junky and if a situation arises where I feel the need to grab the bag and get outta town, I'm going to want access to some information sources.
