Want to start a thread on which Rifle you would or have and Like the Best.
Myself I love the old 35 I have and the 30 06 I use to have but thinking about a new.....

I really like my winchester model 70 in .300 win mag.

I think everyone should own at least one Ruger 10/22.

I love my 336 30-30. Might not be my favorite rifle but its the best bang for the buck I have. I told a buddy the other day if I only had $1k to spend on guns to handle as many scenarios as possable it would be a 336,870,357 and a Marlin 60 .22. You can get all three used for under a K and handle 99% of situations you will encounter both hunting and otherwise.

That is so True................even you and I can believe it.....

I have a BDL 7MM that will go to the grave with me. most acurate rifle on the planet! I guess I got a good one out of the box cause with factory ammo the day I bought it I could clover leaf 3 rounds everytime at 200 yards. I have killed countless dinners with it.

Bought a CZ527 in 762x39 and fell in love.
am now saving to get a CZ527 in 223

I like my Marlin 917V. I paid $180 at Wally World a couple years ago. Also got a 4-12x AO scope for about $60. Changed out the trigger spring for a Papermate pen spring per instructions on rimfirecentral.com

Sitting at the bench at 100 meters I can averaged 3/4" five-shot groups all day long, embarassing all sorts of folks with high-dollar equipment.

That make it a bunch of fun!
