    Default 5.56 / .223 Reloading.

Can someone set me up with a list of items that I need to get started with this?

I want to go minimum and keep the cost as low as possible until I get the hang of it.

    Thanks.

EDIT: I forgot to ask...is this a suitable way to save money? Or just to get exactly what rounds you want? If it doesn't really reduce costs then I think I'll continue buying lower ammunition for practice.

You dont really save any money by reloading, you just shoot a lot more.

It works well enough, but I still want a Giraud trimmer.

I am not trying to be funny asking you what you are going to reload for.
1- if you reload with all components from the store you will not save any money -but you should shoot more and better ammo than you can buy
2- if you reload??pistol and cast your own bullets$$$ you save or shoot a lot more
3- if you shoot some long guns and cast bullets--well you get the picture
4-some people have deep pockets and shoot a lot more than most
they get in to swaging---(make jacketed bullets from junk casings)
Even they save $$ in the long run.

I have a few 223--55grain that were made from 22 long rifle casings
    hope this helps
