    Default Problem seating bullet

I have just started loading some 30-06 rounds and havent had this problem with 9, 38/357, or .223 I load. After I full length sized the brass, charged with powder... I ran into a problem seating the bullets. When I do this step on maybe 2 out of 5 bullets get some shaved off by the case mouth. Since Ive resized them and havent crimped yet I am a little confused. I am using the LEE die set... so factory crimp would be the step after bullet seating. What would be causing this and will it be alright to fire those bullets (would that effect the accuracy)? I did a search but to no luck. Thanks
