    Default Chicken N' Dumplins

    Chicken n' Dumplins

Got this from an other web and sounds good and easy.....

    Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken (any flavor – I used BBQ)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Roasted Garlic Chicken Broth (Swanson’s)
1 Can of Water (use the soup can)
1 Can PLAIN Biscuits (around 10 oz – I used Pillsbury that had 10 small biscuits in the can)
    Seasoning Salt
    Pepper

Debone the rotisserie chicken and discard the skin, shred the chicken well. I used my crockpot. Add the soup, water, broth, and chicken to the crockpot (be sure the chicken is completely covered, add more water if necessary). Turn the crockpot on high and sauce begin to simmer, you can let it simmer as long as you want. You will add the biscuit dough for the last 30-45 minutes of cook time. I pressed the biscuits out and cut each biscuit into 4 or 5 strips. Add the biscuits to the crockpot and allow to cook, also add seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Taste a dumpling at 30 minutes and if it is still doughy let it continue to cook until desired consistency. The dumpling will naturally taste doughy, just make sure it is firm.

    Thumbs up

Danny, thanks for sharing the recipe. Sounds really good. Guess you'll just have to whip up another batch for the guys, soon.
