Default What kind of smoker do you have???

I have an old Oklahoma Joe with an offset firebox. Thing weighs more than a Volkswagen.

I've cooked some mighty tasty meals on it.

I have a pull behind smoker with offset fire box. We just put a stainless steel table on it. we have plans for making an oyster steamer to put on top of the firebox.

we lucked up and got one for $500. It was a great deal. I can smoke a whole 150# hog on it with no problem. A couple of years ago on my cousins graduation we cooked 80 Ribeye steaks.
