Default Venison Steak (from another site)

venison steaks 1 inch thick, your favorite tomato sauce, little crushed red pepper, and splash of hot sauce

Mix your tomato sauce crushed pepper and a splash of hot sauce or more if you prefer.
Pour mixture into a frying pan about a quarter inch high...bring to boil turn down heat to a simmer.

While waiting for mixture to boil stab your 1 inch venison steaks with a fork until you have a hundreds holes on both sides

Place the steaks in the simmering tomato sauce mixture about 7 minutes each side.... put on a plate and pour a little of your sauce mixture on the side of the plate ...cut dip and enjoy
