Ingredients: 4 lbs trout fillets, 1 cup dry white wine, juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1-1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsps parsley, finely chopped, 2 tbsps olive oil, 3 tbsps melted butter, 1/4 tsp thyme, and 1 cup slivered almonds.

Directions: Combine all ingredients except trout and almonds. Arrange trout fillets in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the mixture over fish, and sprinkle almonds over fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350f for 20-30 minutes
