    Default Deer Tenderloin

I think that is what I'm gonna have tomorrow...
Letting them soak all Day in water then Marinate them tonight in Mesquite with Lime It says ten minutes but I say longer the better...
Got a small front shoulder think I'm gonna prepare it also ....

Also gonna fix some venison homemade soup tomorrow this is gonna be a good week end.......

Would any one like to chime in on their way of fixing the shoulder.....

What you have going on there sounds mighty tasty.
I did a shoulder the other day in the crock pot - put 1 can cream of mushroom , 1 can cream of celery, a little pepper, set it on low - let it go until it starts to fall apart....fix up some rice to go with it. Too legit to quit there!
its not the arrow, it's the indian....

I've never tried it with the cream of broccoli. I bet it was good. You can do crab meat and cram of celery and that is the shabazz too.

OOOOOH you brought back a bad memory for me when I was in my early 20's...many, many yrs ago...I had a few beers and for some dumbass stupid reason, I decided to have a few cookies, like Oreo, and got sick as a dog!! Will never do that again, for sure.
