    Default Gas or Charcoal, Part II........

    someone sent me this the other day.......only in the U.S. of A. can you find rugged individualism and ahem, creativity as this.

    maybe we could call this one show us your grill.....no matter how uptown or ghetto it is(no gold teeth please)

    I'm smokin 2 7 pound boston butts and 3 racks of ribs on my big smoker. I used some charcoal to get the fire started but am now using Cherry wood to smoke them. Since I already had the smoker going I decided to put some Ribeyes on there also. The pork is for tomorrow night. The steaks were for tonight. Man they turned out great. I cut them with a fork.
