    Default Gas or Charcoal

    Which one do you prefer?
    I would make this a poll but as for now...
    Myself I love the Charcoal to cook and to smoke ..........
    Gonna get me another Egg one disdays..........

    For me it depends on what i'm cooking. If I'm in a hurry I use gas. Otherwise I use charcoal

    Yes gas is good for a quick and even heat distriubution....

    Kinda what I thought But I do have one o them Metal box that you put the wood chips into and put water in let them soak over night it does help ( some)

    Ever tried an electric smoker with wood chips.
    Slow cooks like charcoal but you dont have to mind it like you do the coals.
