Thread: Ya'll know anything about boats?

Techincally off the road.

2002 Yahama 70HP won't start.

Engine turns....but doesn't catch a single lick.

Spark plug is good.

Gas line is good.

Gas has been sitting in tank for two years.....is this a factor?

I'll take any and all advice, my grandfather and I are trying to get his boat running, and I don't know much.

Certainly carb is gummed up sitting that long. try starter fluid to see if it will fire than clean carb.

Yeah, others said the same.
