Thread: Finally!

Finally decided to join - I bought an m&p9c from someone on here near Savannah - well he referred me last year sometime but I forget his name

How do you like the M&P9c?

I currently have a Makarov...love everything about the pistol but its capacity. And mine is very special.

But I am a Smith boy and may need a M&P9c

I love it! It has had two or three fte's with wwb ammo and its only happened with friends shooting it - so I think its something they were doing like limp wristing.

Ive owned a glock 23, walther ppk, sig228 (loved that one but sold it to get a rifle), and a steyr m9a1 that was a total pos. I once had a round stuck in the chamber that was a ftf... The gun was stuck IN battery and I couldnt take it apart - had to take the slide off and the firing pin out with a live round in the chamber. I felt like I was handling a live explosive.

Anyways I carry it with a supertuck holster and have been happy carrying it for a year now. Its accurate enough for me - I can occasionally hit milk jugs at 100 yards with it and just feels very pleasant to shoot. I just dont like the trigger reset...sometimes its kind of vague but I have learned to live with it.

Really? I didn't think that the Steyr pistols were bad. I used to dream for one.

There is a guy on the GA HTF on who can fix those M&P triggers.
