    Default Kiss a pig

Well just about close enough to kiss her anyways.I went after work, and did some slipping.Figured out that the hill is too dry for rooting right now,so I slipped along the bottoms.Close to dark I found a blown over tree that the hogs were using for a house.I took 10 more steps and heard something ahead of me in the thick palmettos...HOGS!

I checked the wind and it was in my favor.I started to move towards them but the leaves were so crunchy.I didn't have to stalk because as I was determining my game plan....I noticed them circle away from me,and then to my left, and then coming back to me.Sounded like a boar was chasing a sow.She was grunting and so were the rest of them that were behind her.

I turned my scope down to 3 power, but the sow popped out so close all I could see was black in the scope. She slammed on brakes at 10ft and I just looked down the side of the gun,and pulled the trigger.Perfect shot in the shoulders, dropped her right there.Kind of like trying to hit a 55 gallon drum..lol..no way to miss that close.

Aged her 3yrs old,and she was a hybrid

    Here is the house..

Here is right after the shot..

And a poser for the photo album..

Even indians laid down their bows, and picked up guns....
