Thread: My Biggest Hog Yet FREAKNASTY

I went with my friend (The Man) to SC to some private land we've been hunting. This is essentially my first tract of private land I've been invited to hunt steadily. About an hour before dark I spotted a hog coming down the trail. I shot him at approximately 30yds and he took off running like he was hit good. I managed to squeeze off a follow up shot at 100yds, but was unsure if it hit. I found him about 150yds from where I shot him.....BIGGER THAN I GUESSED! He's my 1st SC kill, 1st private land kill, and only kill outside of GA. Here's the pics, keep in mind I'm just shy of 6'5 and 260lbs:

He is hunting .75 miles in a straight line from where I was at.
all this rain will help us, half the property is under water all of a sudden.

I hope all the flooded bottoms push the deer/hogs up to drier land where we'll be sitting......waiting.
