Default looking to buy a supertuck

I need a holster for my new 1911 commander and the supertuck looks great. I did not find anything on this site good or bad about them. Before I order one I was looking for any advice. I'm a large fella 300lb so I know only some IWBs will work well.

    Thanks

I use a SuperTuck Deluxe for my .40 Springfield XD SC, and I absolutely love it. I tip the scales at over 250 lbs myself and the SuperTuck is comfortable with either shorts or jeans. I don't think you'd be disappointed with it at all.

I will tell you something bad about them.

I ordered two from them directly and they charged my bank card for the entire amount. 9 months later still no holsters. 1 month later finally got a return email saying they didnt know me or my order info. 1 week later they did know me and my order info and told me they will ship out in a week. 1 month later no holsters. 1 month later (again) no holsters. I told them I want my damm money back. 1 MONTH later money was back on my card. F'THEM!!

I'm a 300 pounder also. I use a andrews custom leather IWB holster. I have the holster with the Body flap. It was a little more expensive but it was well worth it. It helps keep the chaffing down on the love handles.

That type of story is what worries me about ordering stuff online from small companies. I have been to every gunstore around and nobody carries IWBs at all.

I looked at andrews they are very nice too. I just don't know. I might get a local gunstore here in Monroe to order me one and let them deal with the payments.

    Thanks

For what it's worth, the delivery time on my order was exactly as advertised on their website. I think it was 3 weeks exactly.

+1 on the Andrews, Sam makes all my IWB's and my belts. Superb work.
