I never knew pistol shooting could be such a challenge!!I am a pretty good shot,but this thing is tough.The least little bit of movement and you miss!

I just got an EOTech for my 7 1/2" barrel ruger 44mag super blackhawk today!I bought it last year.After missing 3 hogs with it last summer I finally got my first hog handgun kill with it in June of last year.

For deer season I put a tasco red dot on it,and it beat the guts out of it.I figured that out after I missed a nice buck at 18 steps(pathetic I know),and a sow at 40yds.

Then I bought a 40mm truglo the other day.I sighted it in and was pretty pleased.I took 2 eater pigs,and was on top of the world.I got home,and did a little more target practicing.After I was done I heard a rattle..located it,and guess what?The rear lens had shaken loose!!Only 80 shots and it shook loose.

So I got this eotech.The price almost killed me,but I need something dependable,and strong.I shot her in today,and I am ready to go!Just thought I would share.

I have an EoTech on one of my AR's and I love it. Oh, BTW they're water proof too......ask Ben to tell ya about that hunt

What caliber are you shootin'?

I suspect the makers of the failed products will make their defective items good. It would be worth an email to find out.

The bad news is, you have always moved around like you see now, it just is not as noticeable with iron sights. Scary huh? Makes you wonder how you ever hit anything. A few thousand more rounds and the movement will settle down.
