    Default Beretta M9/Taurus PT92

Who all owns the M9 or PT92? I was looking at both and it looks like the PT92 is a better deal. First of all, the price is around $100 cheaper for the 92. Second of all, the safety/decocker appears to be in a better location. It looks like it's more like a 1911-ish safety. What do y'all think about the two? Doesn't appear to be a good conceal piece, but who knows? It looks like it's about the same size as my full-size 1911 (just from looking up the dimensions on both, quickly).

I have the PT99 in stainless steel. I hardly ever shoot it anymore since I got my GLOCK G19. I'll take a pic if you want to see it.

    That'd be awesome.

More details? Rounds fired, mags included, etc. What's the capacity? Do you have a holster for it? Anything else you would throw in or anything else I should know?

A friend of mine just sold his PT92 a few weeks ago. I had it stored in my safe for quite a while since he was living in the barracks (what a great NCO I am). I shot it with him a few times and it was a pretty good gun. Mags are more readily available for the Berretta so keep that in mind when purchasing. You may make up the initial difference in cost when you purchase mags.

Might be a little big/heavy for CCW use depending on your build and frame. I could conceal it but I'm built weird. Wouldn't be my first choice, but if you like it, and shoot it well, go for it.

I'm a skinny dude, as you may know... That stainless 92 sure is pretty, though.

Hell, I'm skinny. Wide shoulders can help conceal a lot though, if they made a good holster for it I think I could hide a Desert Eagle.

I actually attempted concealing my 1911 with a cheapo holster. It worked decent. The grip still protruded through my shirt a little bit. I'm sure it won't be a problem when my Southern Holsters gets shipped
