    Default Process for 'Revokable Trust'?

    Anybody know the process for aquiring a Revokable Trust for NFA purchases?

    I did mine on Microsoft Willmaker. It didnt take a full 10minutes. Pretty simple really. I think I had to have it noterised but I would have to check to be sure.

    get Quicken Willmaker and write the trust. Get it notarized and that is pretty much it.

    Well, I was looking around on LegalZoom and I found what I need. Are there any 'gotchas' that I need to look out for? The LegalZoom wizard is asking what items I want to place in the trust. How should I answer this if I don't have any NFA items yet?

    I started mine with the kitchen table when I did it. You can put anythig in. Heck start it with a one dollar bill and use the serial number on it in the description.

    I used all the furniture in the house. The trust isn't a trust if it doesn't hold any property.
    with the last transfer i sent in the ATF returned it because i didn't include a scheduled A (list of what is in the trust) so i would send it along just in case

    On my trust I just wrote on my schedule A "All NFA Items"

    Worked fine.
