Stay away from Product Wizard! They ripped me off.

On 1/29/09 I ordered two cleaning rod and some Break Free from Product Wizard.

They charged my card $38.83 and when I went online to track it, I read that the order had been canceled.

They sent me an invoice thanking me for my order.

I have called their number 1 732 905 4499 numerous times and always get a message about All their sales reps being busy, yada, yada, yada, yada. The some guy comes on and says to leave a message - I do so numerous times

On a whim I researched them and the following link is why I think I've been had.

Product Wizard (ProductWizard.com) Complaints - Charging for items not sent, failing to respond to customer inquiries!

So, I'm putting the word out, stay away from Product Wizard.

I've called VISA and had the card canceled and re-issued in a new number and am going to carry out a complaint against Product Wizard.

When I went to PayPal to filed the claim I saw an email for "steve" - first time I ever saw this.

So I emailed "steve" and a reply can back apologizing for the incident and giving me notice that a refund had been issued.

I went to "My Account" on PayPal and the refund was there.

All is well, but I'm still never using Product Wizard again.
