    Default Favorite gun lube.....

    What is your favorite lube oil? I've been using Breakfree CLP and Rem oil for along time. Is there a better product?

    Haven't tried it yet, but I hear Mobil 1 synthetic works really well.

    I'd pick Break Free if I were limited to one choice. It's a compromise product. Otherwise I'll clean with Break Free and use a dedicated lubricant for rails and other lube points. I've found that most decent lubes work just about the same. Some just stay put longer or smell better.
