Thread: Economy catches up with Daniel Defense?!

Saw this story on the local Savannah news website:

I was there while WTOC was filming. I hope they can get back on track soon and put the laid off employees back to work.

I know the feeling. sucks. I hope they turn around soon

Hopefully none of our members were furloughed or lost their jobs. I would buy a DDM4 in a minute if I had the cash, but money is tight everywhere.

Dang man! That sux! Good luck with finding something in the meantime. From the sounds of the news article, they want to pick everybody back up as soon as possible. You don't always get that kind of respect working for "the man", but it sounds like they really do have a family type atmosphere around there.

****....the only thing I can tell you is hang on. There's been lots of times for me when I couldn't cut myself a paycheck(like the last 4 months). Thank God for my wife's paycheck.

There really ain't no Jobs safe out there anymore The trucking Industry is down you may find want ads asking for truck drivers but I think that is a bunch of But I hope some how we survive this dumb azz President instead of worrying about a free Healthcare go to worrying about JOBS

I'm tryin' to always see the bright side of this(the situation our country is in) and the best thing I can come up with is now I get to spend more time with my family and it's looking like this will be THE year for me to do all the hunting I couldn't in the past years.
I could blame everything on this prez but to be honest things weren't the best the last couple yrs with the last one....at least I liked him as a person.
What we really need now is someone the caliber of a Jefferson or a Washington and they send us f#%&@*g Urkel.......
