I had some great hunting this weekend, but I'm a little bothered by how one of my bullets performed.
I shot a 90lb doe standing broadside right on the point of the shoulder. After entering, the bullet did a 45 or 50 degree turn into the guts and exited. I found her, but if the bullet would have went in the other direction, I may have never seen her again. I've gone through the shoulders of 2 other deer this season with no problem. Anyone else have any experiences like this.
Gun has a 22 inch bbl, shooting 100gr factory Win PPs. Range was about 60 yards. Thanks.
