    Default What caliber do you use for deer hunting?

    I use a Remington model 700 in .270 caliber.

    What do y'all use for hunting deer?

    I generally use my Winchester Model 70 30-06 with 150gr Winchester Ballistic Silvertips.
    OR.....
    Mossberg 500 smoothbore with TruBall slugs
    CVA Wolf .50 with 223gr Powerbelts/150gr powder pellets
    Izhmash Saiga 7.62x39
    Martin Orion Magnum with Rage 2 blade

    GONNA TRY SOON....
    DPMS AR15 .223
    Savage .308 lever action
