The democommunists want to turn the country into a 3rd world socialist hellhole populated by cheese eating, surrender monkey, unionized metrosexuals.

If it's a hunting round I'd go for it. I use 55gr Winchester Silver Points on hogs and they work great..............well under 50yrs I mean.
I just checked GA law for Deer/Bear. The guide says .22 cal or larger centerfire only.
I figgered it was because I understand several states do not allow the .223 for deer regardless of bullet, one of the reasons Ruger makes the Mini-30.
Fool told me 5.56 was illegal and I needed .308 or 7mm wsm. So I came here to ask.

according to Ga DNR regs any ".22 CENTERFIRE cartridge with an expanding bullet"
That leaves some room for interpretation. The way I'm reading their regs you could use
.22 Hornet, 218 Bee, 221 Fireball, or 222. All of these are LESS powerful than .223/5.56.
What kind of gun you have? I'm assuming mmmm maybe an M4 something???
its not the arrow, it's the indian....
Tell friend to pound sand.
Wonder what I'm going to do now with all the 5.56 brass cases I loaded with .224 Vmax and Power Points................ I tell you what I'm going to do.....hunt with it!
I will be hunting some this yr with the RRA varmint in my avatar. Can't wait!!
Hog hunted last time w/my contender - heap big mistake. I'll take the M4 next time. I will never hog hunt a thick spot again with a single shot.
